Braxton's 3rd Birthday

This year ,for Braxton's 3rd birthday, John and I surprised him with something he has been wanting since he learned to ride on them from our Neighbors and his cousin rain. We got him a Bike and a scooter. The look on his face when we gave them to him was priceless. John and I had wanted to wait for the Goodman Bday party to give them to him, but at the last minute I was wanting him to actually have the gifts on his official birthday so we frantically ran around trying to find the exact bike that he like from Wal-mart. The first location we tried said they had them in stock but could find them. They trying calling the Lehi location, but were told that it wasn't a guarantee that they would be there, so we took the chance and drove over there to check. Sure enough they had them.

That morning, since my older sister had come into town for the Beal Family reunion over the fourth of July weekend, we had decide to tag along with her and her girls to Lagoon. It just happened to be Braxton's Birthday also so we he got to experience that for the first time on his big day. We were running late so we had to rush home, quickly wrap the helmet and Scooter up, and throw a bow on the bike, only to have him tare it all off moments later.

When is eyes found the front of the each package he couldn't hardly contain himself. He wanted the scooter out of the box right then to ride, but we had to quickly leave to head to Lagoon so it had to wait till after, but as we walked outside he saw his bike. He let out a squeal, and ran as fast he could to it, but as he reached it he said "stop." He ran back into the house and grab his new helmet then came back, asking his dad to put the helmet on so he could ride the new bike. It was so priceless!!!

WE Love you soo much Braxton, and I am sad that your growing up, but am so excited to see you get bigger. I know it doesn't make sense but one day you'll understand!

That's a sweet bike if I've ever seen one! Take him to a football field and shove him off and see if he'll go without training wheels!
