Legacy's Fighting to Stay ALIVE!~

Last Wednesday 12/10/08, before we were able to finish our sewer line, Kirk Bengtzen(the owner of Legacy) announced to all his employees That funding was being taken from out of underneath him and that he was being forced to layoff all his employees from His Orem and St. George stores. It was a devistating blow for us on top of all the rest of our struggles that were already in the middle of. Lucky Kirk has had to keep the Service Drive open to be able to honor all the warranties through Mazda. Kirk is fighting to get funding else where. until then John has been wrestling with the unemployment slump. He is not sure if he wants to stay in an industry that is hurting right now, or risk starting from scratch somewhere else.

John and Maren, this is Derek just in case you didn't know. Let me know if there is anything we can do for you. I also know a few companies that are hiring right at the moment, as I have been worried about the same happening to me for long while now. Our Prayers are with you.
